Once you have placed an order with Sutherland Gas, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will deliver and replace your LPG gas bottle on the next scheduled delivery day for your area.

In order to prepare for Sutherland Gas to safely visit your property to deliver and exchange your LPG gas cylinders, please ensure that gates are unlocked so that the driver can access the gas bottles and keep unsociable dogs restrained. Please ensure the pathway to the gas bottle installation area, including your driveway is clear and free of obstructions.
